Comentario: here is the article that I tried sending you before fydel kicked me out, banned me. Now I know he monitors the so called private e-mail feature on the site.

he censored the CONTENT message. I did not attack him personally.

FYDEL CENSORS ANTI-SANDINISTA POST

Fydel censored a response to hobo because he claims it was a "personal attack".

I denounced Hobo's ignorance of Nicaragua and the crimes committed by the comandantes.

Since I do not know hobo personally, I only criticize his views. I am not calling for censorship. He has a right to express himself as he sees fit.

To Hobo: the hate is what the sandinistas unleashed on innocent Nicaraguan people who had been apolitical and not even supporters of Somoza.

I guess Fyl must be pissed that someone like me who has first hand knowledge (and not book learning penned by pro-piricuaco gringos) has made his job on Nicaliving that much harder. i.e. subtly misstating the facts to the gringos who frequent this board concerning the sandinistas.

Now, I have known for a while that Fyl is pro-sandinista. No doubt about it, why would someone live in Esteli for instance?. Yet despite that to his credit until now, I have never had a post censored. Fyl had a good run.

Are the sandinistas who I know lurk on this board urged him to do something because the truth about the sandinistas is coming out??!?!?!?!

Has some sandinista thug on this board threatened Fyl\'s investment in cool top?!?!

Hell, even rholmes is seeing the light about the sandinistas(not singling you out rholmes ;-)).

As the bible says wisely, "LA VERDAD OS HARA LIBRES" the truth shall set you free....

I am very belligerent on the sandinista topic because these people ruined Nicaragua. The country you gringos see is but a shadow of its former vibrant self. To you gringos, Nicaragua is only a place to live and exploit the wage and currency differential. To me it was home.

I see the ghosts of dead friends, I see the ghosts of children that I practically raised as my own who are now dead and killed unnecessarily because of the sandinistas. I see hulks of once prosperous houses and farms now lying fallow and crumbling. I remember the soul piercing shrieks and cries of women when we found the bodies of their husbands charred and dumped by the wayside. This is what Fydel does not want you to know.

And yet the memories of these people is insulted when I hear gringos spewing forth nonsense about Nicaraguan history and events.

Even those sandinistas who fought against Somoza in the 1970\'s privately confess that what they did to the Nicaraguan people was beyond the pale. Too bad they do not have the courage to state it in public. They have a mystique to maintain.

Funny how leftists always stress that they must control how history is viewed. That is why today, you never hear about the crimes committed by Stalin and the communists worldwide (Crimes that are still ongoing) but only hear about the crimes and atrocities of Hitler almost 70 years ago!!.

The sandinista revolution was very adept at propaganda. Their crimes are unexamined while Somoza gets a bad rap. Sandinistas engaged in ethnic cleansing in the 1980\'s against Nicaraguan miskitos sumos and ramas but it is Somoza who is accused of GENOCIDE.

And so Fydel censored a post today...tomorrow it will be the codigo negro or sandinista censorship codes that they used against the opposition.
